It has a great feel and works very well. However, when pulling out the phone, the beltclip comes off of the belt. Perhaps using it a while may make it easier to this task. Overall, I would recommend this product.

This is a wonderful case. After much research I bought one for the iPhone 3GS and have used it daily for quite some time. It has gotten a little scuffed over time, and I have a tendency to eventually break cases, so when I saw it being sold by Accesssory Wizard for $20 I jumped on the chance to get a spare. Unfortunately they sent me an older model that doesn’t quite fit the 3GS. In fact, it is the discontinued model, if you check on the Case Mate web site. I’m sure it is just as excellent for that model phone. Just beware that you get the right case for the right model phone. It is a perfect fit when it is the correct one. Accessory Wizard has been prompt and courteous in handling the issue and gave me a full refund.

This should probably a 4.5 star rating. The case works as advertised. The phone is secure in it’s case (almost too snug). Once in it’s case it’s difficult to remove the phone. I think that in time the case may loosen enough to ease removing the phone. This can be both good and bad based on how often you want to remove the phone from the case. Fortunately the phone can be charged and synced without removing the case. Picture taking is not a problem since the case does not blocked the lens. My only complaint (sort of) is that the holster/case comes off my belt on occasion when I sit down particularly when I drive. The problem is that the holster clip is too big for most belts and has a bit of play when clipped. Otherwise, its a good case and I use it almost daily but I am careful that it does not come off my belt anytime I sit down.

I was looking for a rugged holster w/ a case(obviously for when it’s out of the holster). There’s plenty of the rugged holster type, but not many have a separate case. This one is attractive and well-constructed. I shopped online for hours reading many horrible reviews of these type of holders, but this one had very few negative comments. Everyone I know(who has an Iphone) has commented how sharp it looks and how they’re going to order one from Amazon. For cryin’ out loud it’s only $20 bucks, which sealed the deal for me. I also recommend the Otterbox Defender case for maximum protection(camping, blue-collar guys, etc.). I also have that one for hiking/rough stuff. It’s $50 at [...], only $30 on Amazon.
